A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES
BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING A DEED FOR A PARCEL OF LAND PROFFERED
TO THE CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION NO. Ol-Z-58 TO BE USED AS
PARK LAND AS DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT 'A'; PROVIDING FOR THE CITY
MANAGER TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS
RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR AN ,EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the applicant of Resolution No. 01-Z-58 proffered a parcel of land to the
City to be use as park land as described in Exhibit' A', and;
WHEREAS, the City Commission has the authority to accept the land to be used for
park purposes as described in Exhibit' A'.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Acceptance of Deed. The City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach
hereby accepts the deed for the proffered land in accordance with resolution 01-Z-58 as
described in exhibit' A' for park use.
Section 2. Authority of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all
things necessary to effectuate this Resolution.
Section 3.
Effective Date This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
