A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2003-589 ESTABLISHING A REVISED SCHEDULE FOR
CITY COMMISSION MEETINGS FOR THE REMAINDER OF
CALENDAR YEAR 2003, BY CHANGING THE DECEMBER 16,
2003 COMMISSION MEETING DATE TO THURSDAY,
DECEMBER 18,2003; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach desires to revise the
established schedule of City Commission meetings for the remainder of calendar year 2003 by
changing the Tuesday, December 16, 2003 City Commission meeting date, to Thursday,
December 18, 2003.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The schedule for City Commission meetings for calendar year 2003 shall be revised
as set forth herein:
7:00 p.m. Zoning Hearings: 1st Thursday in December:
7:30 p.m. Rcgular Meeting: 3'" Tue3day in Dccembcr:
7:30 p.m. Regular Meeting: 3rd Thursday in December:
Dec. 4, 2003
Dec. 16, 2003
Dec. 18, 2003
(when needed)
Section 2.
Effective Date: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
