RESOLUTION NO. 2004 - 1.1.,
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY
ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, NAMING THE CITY'S NEW GOVERNMENT
CENTER LOCATED AT 18070 COLLINS A VENUE, AS THE "SUNNY
ISLES BEACH GOVERNMENT CENTER"; PROVIDING THE CITY
MANAGER WITH THE AUTHORITY TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY
TO EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it is the intent of this City Commission to name the City's new government
center located at 18070 Collins A venue, as the "Sunny Isles Beach Government Center".
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Naming the City's New Government Center. The City Commission hereby names
the City's new government center located at 18070 Collins Avenue, as the "Sunny Isles Beach
Government Center".
Section 2. Authority of the City Manager. The City Commission hereby provides the City
Manager with the authority to do all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution.
Section 3.
Effective Date, This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on this ISth day of April, 2004.
