A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING tJO'RlY\PI+IS.~DtlC4~
THE CITY'S DELEGATE TO THE MIAMI-DADE LEAGUE OF CITIE~
AND G~L{ ~ObfYlM AS THE ALTERNATE TO ATTEND
MEETINGS DURING FISCAL YEAR 2007/08; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Sunny Isles Beach wishes to provide for voting representation at
the Miami-Dade League of Cities throughout the coming year;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Appointment of Delegate and Alternate. The following members of the City
Commission are hereby appointed for one year as delegate and alternate to
represent the City of Sunny Isles Beach at the Miami-Dade League of Cities
meetings:

Section 2.
Effective Date. This Resolution will become effective upon adoption.

At its regular meeting of September 20, 2007, the City Commission adopted
Resolution No. 2007-1147, which designated Mayor Norman S. Edelcup as the
City's delegate to the Miami-Dade League of Cities and Commissioner Gerry
Goodman as the City's alternate.
Attached is a copy of the approving legislation for your records.
