Question: Answer: "Has the City conducted tests to determine casing depth for the wells as required by Water Management District for the well permit. If not I assume the drilling company will be required to obtain the permit as usual. " Permit from DERM was secured by the City. Contractor must pay and obtain the permit with DERM (payment will be reimbursed by the City). Question: Answer: "Sheet # 36 states the well must be able to accommodate 600 GPM. Well performance is usually specified as GPM per foot of head or specific capacity. Is this correct or was "per foot of head" left off?" It must read "per foot of head"
