The installation of a new water main with services is also proposed by the City of North Miami Beach to be constructed contemporaneously, but not as a part of this contract located in the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH. The undersigned Bidder agrees to do all the work and furnish all materials called for by the Bidding Documents, in the manner prescribed therein and to the standards of quality and performance established by the Engineer for the unit price amounts stated in the spaces herein provided, for each of the items or combination of items stipulated.
