ORDINANCE NO. 98-46
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE GENERAL FUND
OPERATING BUDGET AND CAPITAL BUDGET FOR
FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1997 AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1998; AMENDING ORDINANCE
98-30 AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
ESTABLISHED BY THE BUDGET; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on or about April 9, 1998, the City Commission adopted a general fund
operating and capital budget for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed and analyzed that budget and proposed and
amendments reflecting costs associated with the start-up of the City government;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The budget approved as amended and adopted that the General Fund Operating
Budget for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 1998, is hereby amended and adopted as shown
on Exhibit "A" and thereby Ordinance No. 98-30 is so amended.
