AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE GENERAL FUND OPERATING
BUDGET, FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1999
AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2000 AMENDING ORDINANCE
99-79 AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ESTABLISHED
BY THE BUDGET; AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed and analyzed that budget and proposed amendments
reflecting budget changes;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The budget approved and adopted as the General, Capital and Enterprise Fund Budget for the
Fiscal Year ending Spetember 30, 2000 is hereby amended and adopted as shown below and thereby
Ordinance No. 99-79 is so amended.
Section 2.
The accounts specified below, September 16, 1999, are hereby modified as follows:
