ORDINANCE NO. 2003 - m
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY
ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 99-74, ADOPTING A
COST RECOVERY DEPOSIT FEE SCHEDULE FOR PLANNING AND ZONING
SERVICES ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A", PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, City Commission adopted the fee schedule of Miami- Dade County and the
fee schedule was further amended by Ordinance 99-74; and
WHEREAS, the Land Development Regulations of the City Of Sunny Isles Beach
Section 501.2 provide for the establishment of a recovery cost schedule for administrative review
and processing of Planning and Zoning services; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to revise and restate the current schedule of
fees for Planning and Zoning matters.
NOW THERFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. Adoption of Fee Schedule. The City Commission hereby approves the revised Planning
and Zoning recovery cost schedule attached hereto as Exhibit' A'.
2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days after adoption upon
second reading.
