In-House Expertise: TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. has built an excellent national reputation by engineering diverse and technically challenging projects. With more than forty-three years experience, TRC's wide portfolio spans almost all segments of the market - municipal, office buildings, education, public sector, multi-use facilities, commercial and retail, hospitality, residential, healthcare, aviation, churches, and landmark facilities. In addition to "typical" structural design services, TRC established the Restoration Division in 1992 to focus on existing structures and the unique issues that are separate from new construction - issues such as the environment, particularly in coastal areas. Within the past eighteen years, TRC's Restoration staff has helped building owners from Tallahassee to Key West with resourceful, cost-effective solutions to improve and maintain their property. TRC's design professionals constantly monitor, evaluate and improve management, technology, and project delivery systems to ensure our clients receive the most current and appropriate project solutions. We are known for quality control and quick response and have expertise in many complex analysis platforms such as ETABS, Ram Steel, RISA-3D, SDS/2, AutoCAD and REVIT. Rated in the top 500 by Engineering News Record, TRC prides itself in upholding the spirit of its philosophy - Service - Innovation - Quality. Project Approach: TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. has developed an organizational structure to establish a proven project management system. A single project manager administers our team approach. All project coordination, communication and management control is through this single point of contact, the project manager. Through years of experience, this procedure has shown more efficient and provides responsible leadership throughout the production process. The project manager will manage and coordinate all engineering disciplines from project development through construction. This single point of contact helps the client by providing one avenue to relay information, coordinate with all disciplines on the project, and obtain timely answers concerning production progress. Using the project management scheduling system that outlines deadlines, dates, project status, staffing assignments and quality control review is our key to keeping the project on schedule and on budget. The principal-in-charge regularly reviews each to insure and maintain the proper level of quality. If construction administration is required, a designated Certified Building Inspector visits the site as required to review construction and confirm the project is built in accordance with the structural portion of the contract documents. As part of our quality control, we have a full time Certified Building Inspector in the office to act as liaison between the contractor and project manager to answer questions and confront potential conflicts or -, ~ C errors immediately.
