Number of years of experience as a threshold inspector. Tally Engineering has 13 years of experience as a qualified threshold inspector. The respective license was obtained on 1/23/1996. For our Threshold Inspectors license please see attachment "An. I 7. Description of recent project experience, including projects of similar size, and client references with contact information. The list of recent project experience please see attachment "B". I 8. A statement of experience summarizing threshold inspection services on similar projects and a summary of what your firm can "bring to the table" for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Tally Engineering has been qualified since 1996 to perform threshold inspections in state of Florida. We have completed numerous threshold inspections throughout the state. For example, presently Tally Engineering is involved in threshold inspection of a condominium complex in Orlando, Florida, consisting of one four story building and two standalone parking garages, four and three stories high respectively, anticipated to be completed in late 2009. Likewise, we have penormed threshold inspection on two seven story buildings with two level parking garages in city of Ft. Lauderdale. Sample pictures of some of the other projects for which Tally Engineering has provided threshold inspection is provided below:. I I I I I I I I I I I I Tally Engineering staff is trained, qualified and experienced in design and construction and is well familiar with the Building Code for all types of structures. We have designed, inspected and certified many parking garages similar to the proposed project above. Since we are a structural design firm, we have profound familiarity with design practices and use this knowledge to review and find any design conflicts or identify missing information, if any. When we determine conflicts in this fashion we immediately go through the proper channels to ensure the conflict is resolved by Architect/Engineer of the Record. This eliminates unnecessary change orders and time delays and ultimately helps the owner achieve his objectives of completing the project within budget and as scheduled. I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I 9. A statement addressing your Firm's present and projected workload and how this project will be scheduled within that workload. Currently, Tally Engineering does not have a backlog as it has just completed two seven story buildings in Ft. Lauderdale. It is currently involved in another project mentioned above in Orlando, which is expected to complete in late 2009. Likewise, we have been awarded a church project for which we will be performing both as Engineer of the Record and as threshold inspector. This project is currently in site plan approval process and is not anticipated to start before 2010. Therefore, we strongly believe that the project referenced above is a good match within our vertical construction division as it will not impact us and allows us to meet the project deadlines through certification. 10. Evidence that the firm has the required license, insurance and financial and bonding capacity necessary to fulfill its responsibility for this project. Attached please find all the required licenses. As far as bonding capacity is concerned, Tally Engineering is bondable and if the owner requests that bond be provided, we will furnish the required bonding. With the respect to financial capacity, as you have seen Tally Engineering has been involved in numerous governmental ad well as private jobs, where the some of these projects at times has exceeded a hundred million dollars. The extensive list of complex project we have completed or ongoing (as provided) demonstrate our financial ability to easily meet the needs of the proposed project. 1.7 SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS 1.
