CONSTRUCT AND INSTALL
METAL PICKET FENCE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Sunny Isles Beach is requesting i
bids for a metal picket fence in the medians of Collins Avenue from 158th
street to 196iil street.
Sealed Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, March 28,
2001, at 17070 Collins Ave., Suite 250, Sunny Isles Beach, FL, 33160, at
which time they will be publicly opened and read in the City Hall Commis-
sion Chambers. The envelope must be clearly marked CONTAINS BID
FOR METAL PICKET FENCE - TO BE OPENED AT 10:00 A.M.
WEDNESDAY MARCH 28, 2001. Bids will not be accepted after 10:00
A.M. local time on March 28, 2001, under any circumstances.
Specifications, instructions and proposal forms are available from the
Public Wo-!cs Department, City Hall, 17070 Collins Ave., Suite 250, Sunny
Isles Beach, Florida, or by calling (305) 947 -0606.
No bidder may withdraw his /her bid for a period of sixty (60) days follow-
ing the date of opening of bids.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and may
waive informalities.
