JANITORIAL SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that the City of Sunny Isles Beach is requesting
bids for Janitorial Services for its City Hall, Police Department and Build-
ing Department. The total square footage is 23,300.
Sealed Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, March 28,
2001, at 17070 Collins Ave., Suite 250, Sunny Isles Beach, FL, 33160, at
which time they will be publicly opened and read in the City Hall Commis-
sion Chambers. The envelope must be clearly marked CONTAINS BID
FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES - TO BE OPENED AT t
WEDNESDAY MARCH 28 2001. Bids ll not be accepted 10:00

A.M. local time on March 28, 2001, under" all
circumstances.
Specifications, instructions and proposal forms are available from the
Public Works Department, City Hall, 17070 Collins Ave., Suite 250, Sunny
Isles Beach, Florida, or by calling (305) 947 -0606.
No bidder may withdraw his /her bid for a period of sixty (60) days follow-
ing the date of opening of bids.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and may
waive informalities.
