REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NO. 01-07-01
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that the City of Sunny Isles Beach is requesting
qualifications for Architectural Design Services for a City Hall and acces-
sory structure(s) related to the City Hall.
Sealed proposals will be received at City Hall until 10:00 A.M. Monday.
July 23. 2001, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the
City Hall Commission Chambers. The envelope containing the sealed
proposals must be clearly marked "IMPORTANT- INFORMATION EN-
CLOSED FOR CITY MANAGER 10.00 A.M. July 23,200J." Proposals
will not be accepted after *10:00 A.M., local time on July 23, 2001 under
any circumstances.
Specifications, instructions and proposal forms are available from the
Office of the City Manager, City Hall, 17070 Collins Ave., Suite 250, Sun-
ny Isles Beach, Florida, or by calling (305) 947 -0606. There is no charge
for the bid package.
No bidder may withdraw his/her proposal for a period of sixty (60) days
following the date of opening of these proposals.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and
may waive any informality in any or all proposals.
