REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NO. 01 -12-02
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
FOR A CITY HALL AND ACCESSORY
STRUCTURE(S) RELATED TO THE CITY HALL
AS SET FORTH BELOW
Notice is hereby given that the City of Sunny Isles Beach is requesting
qualifications for Construction Management Services for construction of a
City Hall and accessory structure(s) related to the City Hall, and for any
other generalized construction management services as referenced in
Section 4 of the RFQ.
Sealed proposals will be received at City Hall, City of Sunny Isles
Beach, 17070 Collins Ave., Suite 250, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160,
until 10:00 A.M. Thursday, January 17, 2002, at which time they will be
publicly opened and read in the Commission Chambers. The envelope
containing the sealed proposals must be clearly marked "IMPORTANT
INFORMATION ENCLOSED FOR CITY MANAGER January 17, 2002,
10:00 A.M. - RFQ No. 01- 12 -02" Proposals will not be accepted after
10:00 A.M., local time on January 17, 2002 under any circumstances.
Specifications, instructions and proposal forms are available from the
Office of the City Clerk, 17070 Collins Ave., Suite 250, Sunny Isles Beach,
Florida, or by calling (305) 947 -0606, or by E -mail to rbrownCthe-
beach.net. There is no charge for the bid package.
No bidder may withdraw his /her proposal for a period of sixty (60) days
following the date of opening of these proposals. Firms submitting re-
sponses may be requested to make oral presentations as part of the eval-
uation process.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and
may waive any informality in any or all proposals.
