REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

GENERAL MUNICIPAL CONTRACT SERVICES
AS SET FORTH BELOW
Notice is hereby given that the City of Sunny Isles Beach is requesting
qualifications for General Municipal Contract Services as referenced in
Section 2.2 of the RFO.
Sealed bids will be received at Sunny Isles Beach City Hall, 17070 Col-
lins Avenue, Suite 250, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, until 10:00 a.m.,
Friday, December 20, 2002, at which time they will be publicly opened
and read in the Commission Chambers. The envelope containing the
sealed bid must be clearly marked.

GENERAL MUNICIPAL CONTRACT SERVICES
OPENING DATE AND TIME; FRIDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2002,
10:00 A.M.
BID #02 -11 -02
Bids will not be accepted after 10:00 a.m., local time on December 20,
2002 under any circumstances.
Specifications, instructions and bid forms are available from the Office
of the City Clerk, 17070 Collins Avenue, Suite 250, Sunny Isles Beach,
Florida, or by calling (305) 947 -0606. There is no charge for the bid pack-
age.
No bidder may withdraw his /her bid for a period of sixty (60) days follow-
ing the date of opening of these bids. Firms submitting responses may be
requested to make oral presentations as part of the evaluation process.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and may
waive any informality in any or all bids.
