Ribas P.E OWNER: CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH. DESCRIPTION: Installation of an Aluminum Fence and Gates. PROFESSIONAL WELDING INC. BID PROPOSAL NO. 02 -12 -01 January 23, 2003 DESCRIPTION.- Item W. Fabrication and installation of an aluminum picket fence made out with 3" x 3" x 1/8" anchor post 2" x 1" x 1/8" channel, 1 "x 1" x 1/8" picket with a decorative insert. Item #2. Anchor post will be installed every 6'. (2' 6" deep with concrete). Item #3. Rolling doors will be made out of a 2" x 4" x 1/8" rectangular tubing with 6" x 2" rolling wheels inserted into the tube with a galvanized V- track, this track will be installed on a concrete slab 16" wide x 8" deep x 26' long with two #5 steel rod. 2 This two (2) rolling doors will be installed on the Atlantic Blvd. West side 15' inside the property, each door will be open with an electric motor with a safety loop device; also an electronic key -pad with a code control for entrance. A heavy -duty commercial motor will control exit with a free loop system device. Item #4. Personal entrance gate 42" wide installs wit a keypad system on the East Side. Item #S. All electric work is included only if (hook -up) is available on F.P.L pole located at the north west corner by the end of the 30' long wall. Item #6. Job will be painted with white acrylic enamel powder coated Electro static finish. Item # 7. All sections between posts will be installed with 3/16" stainless steel self - tapping screws. Top and bottom. Item #8. Professional Welding is responsible for the chain link fence removal and clean up debris from site. Item #9.
