Thank you for the opportunity to meet with you and discuss your security neecls. In response to your request for a proposal to
furnish and install a integrated Access control system we are pleased to submit for your consideration the enclosed proposal in
the amount of [$29,5001 excluding sales tax. (50% due on signing and balance due on completion.)
The System Design shall be as follows:
1. Fabricate and install (2) sliding gates approximately 12' x 6'. To be manufactured of aluminum with 2" x
3" frame and 1" pickets set every 5" —6" apart on center of the frame. Complete with wheels, posts,
surface mounted track and guide rollers.
2. Fabricate and install (1) pedestrian swing gate. To be manufactured of aluminum with a 2" x 3" frame a
1" pickets set in a punch channel frame. Complete with all necessary posts and self closing hinges.
3. Fabricate and install approximately 291' lineal x 6', and 30' lineal x 12 ". To be manufactured of
aluminum with a 2" x 1" punch channel frame and 1" pickets set every 5" —6" apart on center of
channel. Complete with all necessary 3" x 3" posts, 2' —6' concrete sets, and decorative spears
mounted on top of each picket.
4. Provide and install (2) Elite SL3000UL 1/2 horsepower commercial slide gate operators. Complete with
necessary safety /exit loops, battery back -up, surge suppression, concrete pads, chain and chain
bracket.
5. Provide and install (2) Doorking stand alone lighted programmable key pad. Complete with aluminum
gooseneck post and concrete pads.
6. All aluminum to be powder coated any standard color. (Black, Brown, White etc.)
7. All electrical, control wires, and permits by others.
OPTION B: includes all above except line 3
Cost: $34.000.00 +tax
1. Fabricate and install approximately 594' lineal x 6', and 109' lineal x 12 ". To be manufactured of
aluminum with a 2" x 1" punch channel frame and 1" pickets set every 5" —6" apart on center of
channel. Complete with all necessary 3" x 3" posts, 2'-6' concrete sets, and decorative spears
mounted on top of each picket.

This Proposal Includes: Supply and installation of proposed new equipment, wire /wiring, electronic locks, system basic
configuration and setup, pre - programming, testing, miscellaneous materials and freight.
This Proposal Does Not Include: Engineering of equipment location, power to equipment, any necessary conduit work,
trenching, fire wall patches, any necessary concrete or asphalt requirements, progranvning of system credentials database other
then basic set -up and configuration, (additional programming requirements are available at an additional cost), access cards
other than those quantities specified herein, union labor, permits, and sales tax.
The pricing contained herein is based solely on the usual cost elements such as labor, material, freight and standard
mark -ups and does not include disruption, rescheduling, extended overhead, overtime, accelerated and /or unknown
impact cost. We reserve the exclusive rights for settlement of these items as it pertains to this purchase agreement.
Warranty: Royce Parking Controls, Inc. agrees to warranty its products including parts, for a period of one (1) Year from the
date of shipment. Royce Parking Controls, Inc., Inc. will include the labor in the warranty of a period of one (1) Year only,
from the date of shipment. Prior to the end of the initial warranty period, the customer can elect to purchase a preventive
maintenance contract or a full service agreement. If the customer has not purchased any type of extended maintenance
agreement, Royce Parking Controls, Inc. Inc. will invoice the customer at our standard time and material rates in effect at the
time of the service request.
Note: Standard Warranty service is only available during our regular business hours, which are Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
excluding holidays. If the customer requests warranty service after regular business hours, the service call will be handled the next business
day.
Items such as printers, access cards, gate arms, belts, paper stock, light bulbs, ribbons and batteries will be warranted in accordance
with the original manufactures warranty. Consumable items are not covered under any warranties. Saw cut vehicle detector loops
will only be if there is no visible degradation of asphalt pavement, concrete failure, frost heaves, existing wiring, etc. Devices
including, but not limited to, fuses and/or power and/or lightning transient protectors /suppressors, which are designed to fail in order
to protect the proposed system, are not included in this warranty. We will repair or replace at our choice and expense, any defective
product for this warranty period. This warranty extends only to the original purchasers and does not cover the repair of replacement
of parts that are by nature expendable. This warranty does not cover any act of vandalism, misuse, of equipment, acts of god, (i.e.
lightning damage, flood damage, etc.) and power surges. This warranty is void if the customer attaches any feature or device to any
product without advance written consent or approval from Royce Parking Controls, Inc.. There are no other warranties, expressed or
implied. In no event shall Royce Parking Controls, Inc. be liable for any loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages
arising out of any such defect in material or workmanship. The prices and terms of this quotation are not subject to verbal changes
or other agreements unless approved in writing by Royce Parking Controls, Inc. All quotations and agreements are contingent upon
strikes, accidents, fires, availability of materials and all other causes beyond the control of Royce Parking Controls, Inc.. Terms
inconsistent with those stated herein which might appear on the Purchasers formal order will not be binding on the Seller unless
accepted in writing by Royce Parking Controls, Inc.
If a purchase order is used in lieu of signing this proposal, a copy of this quotation must be attached and included as a exhibit
"A" of the purchase agreement. This proposal does not become valid until accepted and agreed to by Royce Parking Controls,
Inc. management. Final acceptance of this quotation requires an authorized signature below.
