In some local conditions where a corrosive environment exists, protecting the paint may require a periodic polish/
sealer, to help prevent these harsh conditions from deteriorating the finish.
This warranty is invalid in the event of, corrosive elements, improper installation, misuse, abuse, or acts of God.
This warranty carries a 20 year proration after the fifth year.
This warranty is not transferable, and musi be completed and a copy returned within thirty days after installa-
tion .

Notice is hereby given that the City of Sunny Isles Beach is extending an Invitation
to Bid for the purchase and installation of white aluminum fencing, one manual
gate, one automatic gate and an electronic cede- controlled keypad system.
Sealed bids will be received at Sunny isles Beach City Hall, 17070 Collins
Avenue, Suite 250, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, until 10:00 a.m., Friday, January
24, 2003, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Commission
Chambers. The envelope containing the sealed bid must be clearly marked
"'SEALED BID"

(305) 947 -0606. There is no charge for the bid package.
No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of sixty (60) days following the
date of opening of these bids. Firms submitting responses may be requested to
make oral presentations as part of the evaluation process.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and may waive any
informality in any or all bids.
