PURCHASE & INSTALLATION OF FENCING & GATES
AS SET FORTH BELOW
Notice is hereby given that the City of Sunny Isles Beach is extending
an Invitation to Bid for the purchase and installation of white aluminum
fencing, one manual gate, one automatic gate and an electronic code -
controlled keypad system.
Sealed bids will be received at Sunny Isles Beach City Hall, 17070 Col-
lins Avenue, Suite 250, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, until 10:00 a.m.,
!= riday, January 24, 2003, at which time they will be publicly opened and
read in the Commission Chambers. The envelope containing the sealed
id must be clearly marked
"SEALED BID"

OPENING DATE AND TIME: JANUARY 24,2003, 10:00 A.M.

Bids will not be accepted after 10:00 a.m., local time on January 24,
2003, under any circumstances.

Florida, or by calling (305) 947 -0606. There is no charge for the bid pack -
ae.
No bidder may withdraw his /her bid for a period of sixty (60) days follow-
ing the date of opening of these bids. Firms submitting responses may be
requested to make oral presentations as part of the evaluation process.
The City reserves the right to accept or reiect any or all bids and may
waive any informality in any or all bids.
