The City of Sunny Isles Beach has decided to exercise its right to reject any and all bids,
as stated in our Instruction to Bidders, and not award Bid No. 04- 12 -01. As such, we are
hereby returning your bid security - a Hartford Fire Insurance Company bid bond.
Periodically, the City will issue Invitation to Bids, Request for Proposals, and Request
for Qualifications for various services. These items are noticed in the major Miami -
Dade County and /or Broward County newspapers. Please continue to check these
publications for future listings.
