NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH
is seeking sealed bids for the following work as specified.
Median Fencing Improvements
CGA Project No. 03- 4138.8
City of Sunny Isles Beach Bid No. 05 -06-01
Sealed bids for the construction of a Fencing System consisting of
fumishing and installing 1,175 +/- linear feet of three -foot (3') high black
metal picket fence and repairing/resetting 16 +/- linear feet of existing
three -foot (3') high black metal picket fencing be received by the City of
Sunny Isles Beach. (Sometimes referred to as "Owner")
Bids shall be on a unit price basis; segregated bids will not be accepted.
Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m., on
Wednesday, July 6. 2005 at the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center
located at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160.
Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids submitted
will be opened publicly and read aloud at this time.
Bidders may obtain complete sets of Bidding Documents from the City of
Sunny Isles Beach at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida
33160, at no cost. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available.
Bidding Documents may be examined at the City of Sunny Isles Beach,
at the above referenced address.
Bid security in the amount of five percent (5 %) of the Total Bid or
$5,000.00, whichever is less, must accompany the Bid in accordance
with the Instructions to Bidders.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, with or without
cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the Bid,
which best serves the interest of the Owner.
