The company's corporate headquarters are located at: 1215 Wallace Drive, Delray Beach, Florida 33444. Additionally, the company maintains branch offices in Boca Raton, Stuart, Fort Myers, Orlando, and Jacksonville allowing GFA to service virtually the entire state of Florida. Since the company's inception in 1988 it has always been profitable. By 2006, GFA's revenues reached approximately $12.1 million and the company expanded into five distinct geographic areas within Florida. o GFA enjoys an established track record of excellent service to more than 1,100 customers. Their expression of satisfaction and encouragement to "keep up the good work" are numerous, and sustains our belief that we are in the business of satisfying our customers. Because of this, GFA has projected an increase of between 30% to 35% in revenue for 2007. Kaub, P.G., Executive Vice President and Co-Owner to be the principal in charge of this contract, should we be selected. Mr. Kaub is a licensed Florida geologist with 20 years of experience. He is a graduate of Indiana University (White Star Endowment Scholarship recipient) and has served in the capacity of expert professional with the South Florida Water Management District. As co-owner of the organization, Mr. Kaub has been intimately involved in the company's public contracts and has been designated as primary liaison to each. He has served in the capacity of Expert Professional for the South Florida Water Management District and is dedicated as Executive Liaison to each of the company's public services continuing contracts. o Paul H. Danforth, P.E.. Regional Vice President, will have primary responsibility for all quality control and assurance. He is a registered Florida Professional Engineer with 20 years experience in geotechnical evaluations, construction materials testing, civil engineering, structural design, building inspection, threshold inspection, forensic and plan review services. His area of expertise is diverse. He has personally overseen over 18 materials testing projects on transportation projects since 2000; over 2,000 residential geotechnical projects; and geotechnical services for: Florida Power and Light; Loxahatchee River District projects; and various FDOT projects. In addition, Mr. Danforth has served as expert witness for a multitude of cities and municipalities throughout the state. John Desnovers. P.E.. is Engineer of Record for GFA International and has over 20 vears experience. He will assume primary engineering responsibility for the individual project(s) within this contract with full authority and autonomy to identify areas of improvement for the project as described, managing all project initiatives, expenditures, and personnel while reporting directly to the the Branch Manager and Regional Vice President on a regular schedule. Mr. Desnoyers holds a B.S. and M.S., in Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. In addition to holding the license of Professional Engineer with the State of Florida, he is also a Certified Special Inspector of Threshold Buildings. A successful, comprehensive contract requires the oversight of a professional who has the ability to work with all constituencies within the City. This individual must act as a facilitator, motivator, and advocate for the project. Mr. Desnoyers was selected for this role because he has extensive experience managing large, complex projects requiring support from all facets of the City, regulatory agencies, and engineering consulting organizations. o Marc A. Saccarelli, CFEA. LEP, is Vice President. Environmental Services for GFA International and has over 20 vears experience. All of the organization's environmental projects are performed under his direct supervision. With a staff of eight, including two Professional Geologists, Marc is the vehicle that expedites all field operations; reviews all reports; and is responsible for client satisfaction. He holds a B.S. in Geosciences from Pennsylvania State University and holds the following certifications: Health & Safety Operations at Hazardous Materials Sites (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120) 40-Hour OSHA Certification; OSHA Site Safety Officer: and Asphalt Plant Technician, State of Florida. Mohammed Hai. P.E.. is Manager of GFA's Geotechnical Division. Mr. Hai holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering as well as a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology. He has over 10 years experience in the industry. His responsibilities include site and foundation recommendations. In addition, he performs geotechnical site inspection and monitors site development. He is also responsible for preparing all geotechnical estimates. o Daniel L. PridQen. Vice President. Transportation Division. Mr. Pridgen has been with GFA International since 1999. His primary mission is to maintain the integrity of the critical elements of transportation infrastructure, including bridges and retaining walls. He ascertains that all services are performed under the strict specifications of City and FDOT requirements.
