History of the Firm: Link Construction Group was founded in 2001, by Guillermo Fernandez, President and Miguel Cerra, Vice President. Articles of Incorporation were filed April 16, 2001, with State of Florida. Key Manage- ment has grown to include Miguel Quesada, Director of Operations, Manny Fernandez, Chief Estima- tor, Orlando Ceballos, Pre-Construction and Post-Construction Management, as well as many other Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Assistant Estimators, Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents with over 200 combined years of experience in the construction industry. 2. Anticipated Changes During the Project: We as a company do not anticipate any changes to take place over the course of this project. 3. Locations: Corporate Headquarters: 7003 N. Location of Office that will involved during pre-construction and construction phases services: The location of the office will be at our corporate headquarters, 7003 N. Waterway Drive, Suite 218, Miami, FL 33155, for all pre-construction planning and phasing and construction phase. As well dur ing the construction phase, a jobsite trailer may be placed on site to facilitate accessibility to the site for our project manager and superintendent. We are dedicated to making the best choice in office location to best serve the project and the city. 5. Contractor's Project Team: Please see attached employee spreadsheet, listing all current employees, years in title and years of construction experience. Key personnel for this project for the pre-construction phase will be: Gui lIermo Fernandez, Manny Fernandez and Orlando Ceballos. Organization and Responsibility: Link Construction Group adopts a program of policies, procedures and responsibilities required to pro vide confidence with an eye on the desired characteristics that have been obtained to help ensure the project will perform its intended function for its design life. Quality control actions includes: examin ing, checking and inspecting in-process and completed work, and materials sampling and testing du ring production and construction, as a means of controlling and measuring the characteristics and con formity of an item, process, or feature to established requirements. 7. Construction Scheduling: Effective governance of the project ultimately lies with the skill of our on-site staff to monitor and man age the schedule and control costs. Our project manager and superintendent are trained in the use of all software employed at Link and attend quarterly in-house staff meetings to learn and enforce the best practices from previous and current projects. Our Project Manager is held responsible for the schedule and reviews it with the Superintendent and the Director of Operations weekly, daily if needed. 9.
