Dear Mauricio:
Weare very pleased to be able to bid on this park because
we all live in the area, almost all of us know how to
skateboard and roller-skate, and would definitely be
overwhelmed to have a park built the way we like.
We will provide the documentation that we can at this point
and time, considering that the architectural plans need to be
approved and additional studies have to be made, to be able
to have a complete set of plans.

3. The cost proposal for the park, two entrances, and
additional features according to the preliminary
drawings dated 11-23-09 is three hundred and eighty
thousand dollars ($380.000). Detailed cost schedule
will be given upon full set of permitted plans.
4. We expect to have the park ready 180 days after we
obtain building permits.
5. Attached is the 2009 Limited Liability Company
Annual Report.

7. Subcontractors will be determined once we have a full
set of plans with building permits.
8. One year warranty. Expected life of the park is over
10 years. Landscaping will need to have permanent
maintenance.
9. The preliminary plans specify 6.000 p.s.i. concrete and
60.000 p.s.i. rebar. Borders and railings built with 1"
to 2" steel pipes.

2. I understand that a "public entity crime" as defined in Paragraph 287. 133(l)(g), Florida
Statutes, means a violation of any state or federal law by a person with respect to and
directly related to the transaction of business with any public entity or with an agency or
