To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
>> The budget for the project is set as follows:
. Heritage Park: $210,000
. Golden Shores Park: $70,000.
>> Please be advised that it is mandatory for all prospective bidders to obtain a
CD with the drawings for both locations. The CD may be purchased directly
from the City Clerk's Office for a fee of $5.00, at:
Office of the City Clerk
