This proposal is a culmination of a comprehensive cost evaluation to the city of Sunny Isles for the Design, Permitting, Fabrication, and Installation of an Aluminum Security Barrier fencing structures described in this proposal. The implemented study and subsequent proposal includes an extensive site examination of similar fencing structures in the area and analysis of Heritage Park site data. To the greatest extent feasible, we have attempted to respond to the city's desire for a competitive proposal for fencing structures described herein. Our proposal and implementation of this project encompasses all compulsory documentation, property surveys and plans, acquiring all permits required by the City and County agencies, and any additional information necessary for the successful Design, Permitting, Fabrication, and Installation of an Aluminum Security Barrierfencing structures described in this proposal. The implementation and completion of this project is proposed at $160.000. Complete proposal cost details and itemized costs for Heritage Park fencing structures are furnished in section 5 (Price Proposal).
