To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above - referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
➢ The Documentation attached and written below includes Coastal Construction's
vendor information based on their vendor warranty submittals. Also attached are
some of the as -built information for use. This as -built information does not
necessarily include all the information that could be available directly through
each of Coastal Construction's vendors listed in the attached warranties.
Each prospective bidder should note that there are electrical lines, stormwater
lines, sanitary sewer lines, and water lines that are located within the area where
the canopies are proposed. They will also be required to ensure that all costs to
line adjustments and /or relocations are considered as part of their proposals as
per the RFP.

executed under our subcontract for the subject project, will be free from defects of material and workmanship for a
period of one (1) year from substantial completion date or the period by Florida Statute 718.203(2), whichever is
greater, from the date of the Permanent Certificate of Occupancy issued for the project and hereby agree to replace
and make good such defects without expense to the Owner_ The deterioration due to ordinary use and wear is
expected and exempt from this Warranty.
It is clearly understood that where guarantees or warranties are written in any section of the specifications, provided
for in the subcontract agreement, or provided for by a manufacturer, for a period of more than one (1) year, such
longer terms shall apply.
Nothing in the above shall be deemed to imply that this warranty shall apply to work which has been abused, or
neglected by the Owner, or shows evidence of changes, or modifications by others with or without permit, damages
caused by the acts of God, building settlement or moving, fire or vandalism.
