CITY RFQ NO. 11 -11 -01
To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above - referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
The following will be made part of the RFQ:
Section 1 paragraph 1.26 is being revised as follows:
HOLD HARMLESS /INDEMNIFICATION
The Contractor shall indemnify and save harmless the City of Sunny Isles Beach,
it's officers, agents and employees from and against any claims, demands or
causes of action of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of error, omission,
negligent act, conduct, or misconduct of the Contractor, their agents, servants or
employees in the provision of goods or the performance of services pursuant to
this Bid and /or from any procurement decision of the City including without
limitation, awarding the Contract to the Contractor.
All firms that have submitted their qualifications must read, sign and return a
copy to the City of Sunny Isles Beach via email to mbetancur(dsibfl.net.
