Please see attached State of Florida General Contractors license. <br />. Sustainable Restoration, Inc meets the requirement of 5 recent municipal projects: <br />I. City of North Miami Beach- Structural Repairs at Balcony damaged by Garbage <br />dumpsters.- In this Project we coordinated with the Public Works depatiment of <br />NOlih Miami Beach, the owners of the unit, and the property management <br />Company. <br />2. City of Miami- Downtown Miami Partnership- Tomorrow Land Gallery- In this <br />Project we performed concrete Restoration, repairs, metal framing, and installed <br />new walls. This was a public/private patinership and work was coordinated <br />between the downtown Miami palinership, the city of Miami, and the building <br />owner. <br />3. City of Miami- Miami Community Redevelopment Association- LegalArt <br />Building- Worked with the city of Miami, the CRA, and the building owners in <br />order to perform concrete Restoration on a historic building, install two new <br />staircases, and install a new elevator shaft. <br />4. City of Miami Dade- Camillus House Good Shephard Villas- Duplex <br />remodelling. Structural Tie-downs were installed, impact rated Windows and <br />doors were installed. This grant funded job required coordination the city of <br />Miami-Dade and Camillus house. <br />5. City of Miami Beach- Historic City Hall- was the principal Project manager for <br />this historic buildout, retrofit. This award winning job required coordination <br />between the City of Miami Beach and all subcontractors. <br /> <br />Scope of Work: <br /> <br />Engineering Services: <br /> <br />1. Provide plans and specifications for the repairs at the restroom facility at Sunny Isles <br />Beach sealed by Florida Registered Professional Engineer. <br />2. Provide Special Inspection Services for the structural repairs at the restroom facility. <br />3.
