RESOLUTION NO. 2012- I ~51
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE
REQUEST SUBMITTED BY REGALIA TO PLACE A MURAL ON
THEIR CONSTRUCTION FENCE LOCATED AT 19505 COLLINS
A VENUE; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DO ALL
THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Regalia, located at 19505 Collins Avenue, submitted an application to the
City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida requesting to place a mural on their construction fence; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to approve the request to place a mural on the
Regalia construction fence.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Approval. Pursuant to Section 218-1 of the Code of Sunny Isles Beach, the City
Commission hereby approves the request submitted by the Applicant, subject to the conditions
imposed by the City Manager or designee.
Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all
things necessary to effectuate this Resolution.
Section 3. Conditions. The Applicant is required to comply with certain conditions required
by the City Manager or designee prior to installment of mural.
Section 4.
Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of February 2012.
