CITY RFQ NO. 12-03-01
To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
>- Please note that Section 3.2 of the RFQ Specifications has been amended. The
new section will read as follows:
3.2 COORDINATION
The consultant shall coordinate when necessary with all utilities such as
FPL, North Miami Beach, Atlantic Broadband and Etc.
3.2.1 INST ALLA TJON OF NEW LIGHT POLES
The consultant shall coordinate the installation of new light poles
that would be necessary when the existing FPL cobra head lights
and light poles are removed.

~ A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetino for this RFP has been scheduled for
Thursdav. April 12. 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the followino address:
