MEMORANDUM
The Honorable Mayor and City Commission
Susan Simpson, Cultural and Human Services Director
5/10/2012
Agreement with Unique Charters for Transportation Services
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached resolution to amend
the agreement with Unique Charters to renew the term for one more year for
Transportation Services for the City's summer and youth programs in an amount not to
exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars, ($50,000.00)
REASONS:

The attached addendum is for the second year renewal. The amount of $50,000 is an
estimate based on the anticipated number of trips and the bid pricing through RFP No. 11
- 05 -02.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
American Coach Line of Miami is the alternate which may be used in the event that
Unique Charters is not available. However the total amount authorized for all motor
coach rentals between these two vendors will not exceed $50,000.00.
