HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2012-1977 RESOLUTION NO. 2012- 191'7 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO NOVEMBER 1, 2012 FOR TEMPORARY USE OF FOOD TRUCK SERVICE AT SOLE CONDOMINIUM/HOTEL LOCATED AT 17315 COLLINS AVENUE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City has the authority to approve certain temporary uses within certain zoning districts; and WHEREAS, on June 21, 2012 via Resolution No. 2012-1917 the City Commission approved temporary food truck service at the Sole Condominium/Hotel at 17315 Collins Avenue located in the area designated in the plans submitted to the City Commission at the public meeting on June 21, 2012, for a period not to exceed Ninety (90) days; and WHEREAS, the Applicant, 17315 Collins Avenue, LLC, obtained a permit to install the service station for the catering truck; and WHEREAS, the City Commission now wishes to grant an extension to Sole Condominium/Hotel to November 1, 2012 for the food truck service. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Extension of Temporary Use and Conditions. The City Commission hereby approves an extension to November 1, 2012 of the temporary food truck service at the Sole Condominium/Hotel at 17315 Collins Avenue. This approval shall be null and void if Sole fails to comply with the conditions herein. Section 2. Effective Date.
