To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
¾ Please be advised that the bid opening for RFP No. 12-03-01 has been moved to
Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 2:00 p.m.
¾ A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for this RFP has been scheduled for
Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the following address:
City Commission Chambers
18070 Collins Avenue
Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160
