To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
¾ Clarification:
• The Conflict of Interest Affidavit, page 5 of 7, paragraph 18.2, describes the
bid services as Landscape Maintenance Services. May we “strike through” or
“line through” Landscape Maintenance Services and enter below the
paragraph in the empty space “Acoustic Engineering Consulting Services”?
Yes.
