To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
Questions:
Regarding the bid bond due for RFP# 13-06-01 would the City accept a
cashier’s check with the bid submittal instead?
Yes, but keep in mind if awarded the will need to either furnish a
performance and payment bond for 100% of the project value, or a
cashier’s check for 100% of the project value.
Are the Crestron codes available to be emailed to bidders or downloaded?
No. To our best knowledge we do not have the matrix coding at this
time.
