To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
Clarification:
Section 5, Proposal Format, 5.0 Format on page 19 indicates that Proposers
must submit one (1) original and four (4) copies of proposal. However, Page 21,
Bid Submittal Forms indicates to return one original and two copies of bid
submittal pages and affidavits. Clarification is needed as to the required number
of copies required.
Please submit one (1) original and four (4) copies.
