To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
Please be advised that the location for the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference has
changed. The meeting will now be held in the David P. Samson Commission
Chambers, 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 331360 at 10:00
a.m. on Monday, March 17, 2014.
All firms interested in submitting a proposal must be present at the pre-bid
conference to be eligible.
