To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
Response to questions:
Is Bid Bond: $5,000 required at submittal?
No Bid Bond is required.
Is Performance Bond: $1,000,000 not required to be submitted but
acknowledged?
A Performance Bond from the selected firm will be required once a selection has
been made.
