ARLEN HOUSE RIGHT-OF-WAY IMPROVEMENT

To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above referenced project shall take note of the following changes, additions,
deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in accordance with the
Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence over anything shown or
described otherwise.
Florida oolite for column and cupola construction shall be white with white grout.
Bid form has been revised to include:
o Additional Bahia Grass to replace existing sod within Arlen House extending from the
proposed wall to the existing edge of pavement along the full length of the wall.
(Refer to bid form item #56)
o Replacement of existing concrete sidewalk within the Arlen House property. The
existing concrete sidewalk called out as “to remain” shall be removed and replaced
with a new 4” concrete sidewalk (min 3.5 ft wide) with detectable warning,
extending from the gate to the existing edge of pavement. (Refer to bid form items
46 and 47)
