To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
Questions:
1. Is there a budget for this project?
Response: The “City of Sunny Isles Beach Fiscal Year 2013-2014
Comprehensive Annual Budget and Five Year Capital Improvement
Program” allocates an amount of $500,000 for the project.
