To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
This addendum is to clarify the bond requirements:
A Performance Bond is not required for this bid. Please disregard the
Performance Bond Affidavit included in the Bid Specifications.
A 5% Bid Bond is required to be submitted in the form of a cashier’s
check or money order at the time of submittal.
