To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
Please note the following clarification:
Will the selected bidder receive their Bid Bond in return if there is no
closing?
Yes. If there is no closing the City will return the 5% Bid Bond to the
selected bidder. The City will also return the Bid Bond to the other
bidders once a selection has been made.
