To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have
precedence over anything shown or described otherwise.
Questions/Clarifications:
1. Is attendance to both pre-bid meetings required in order to be qualified to
submit a bid?
Attendance to both meetings is not required, however, the prospective firm
must have at least attended the second mandatory pre-bid meeting.
2. Is the Poured in Place Rubber surfacing in the playground to be 100%
color or a 50/50 mix color/black? There is a significant cost difference.
The rubber surfacing for the playground shall be a 50/50 mix of color and
black.
