To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
Response to questions:
Who would be the project manager on this project?
The project will be managed by City staff.
Could you also confirm if there is any cost estimate or ball park figure ?
No project estimate is available at this time.
Is a Certified General Contractor License from the State of Florida enough to
qualify for this contract? If not, what are the requirements to qualify to bid?
All bid requirements are specified within the ITB.
