Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes, additions, deletions,
clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in accordance with the Contract Documents
shall become a part of and have precedence over anything shown or described otherwise.
Please take note of the following revisions made to the bid specifications:
In the Bid Specifications:
SECTION 2 – SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS; Page 11
DELETE Section 2.6 Performance Bond, and Section 2.7 Bid Bond in its entirety.
