New HVAC Chiller Systems for Government Center

To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
Please be advised that the bid opening has been rescheduled to Monday, November
21, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. All prospective bidders must submit their bid by said date. Also,
be advised that the deadline for questions has also be extended to Friday, October 21,
2016 by 5:00 p.m.
The ore-bid attendance requirement remains in effect. The City will only accept a bid
from those contractors that were in attendance at the pre -bid meeting held on
September 29, 2016.
Bid Opening: Monday, November 21, 2016 at 2:30 p.m.
Questions due by: Friday, October 21, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.
