NEW HVAC CHILLER SYSTEMS FOR GOVERNMENT CENTER

To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
Please be advised that the bid opening has been rescheduled t o Monday December
19th, 2016 at 2:30pm. All prospective bidders must submit their bid by said date. Also
be advised that the deadline for questions has also been extended to Friday
November 11th, 2016 by 5pm. The pre-bid attendance requirements remain in effect.
The City will not accept a bid from those contractors that were NOT in attendance at the
pre-bid meeting held on September 29, 2016.
Bid Opening: Monday December 19th, 2016 at 2:30 p.m.
Questions due by: Friday November 11th. 2016 at 5:00 p.m.
