NEW HVAC CHILLER SYSTEMS FOR GOVERNMENT CENTER

To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
Attached is a copy of the warranty letter for the roof of City Hall located at 18070
Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160.
END OF SECTION
WARRANTY
A-1 Property Services Group, Inc. hereby guarantees The City of Sunny
Isles (Owner) that the roof work performed on that certain structure located
at 18070 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles Florida a period of (2)-Two years from
the date of final completion August 11, 2015
This Standard Limited Warranty applies and is limited as follows:
1-To the property only as long as it remains in the possession of the
original owner named above.
2.To the roof work that has not been subject to accident, misuse or
abuse.
3.To the roof work that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had
repairs made or attempted by others.
4.That A-1 Property Services Group be immediately notified in writing
within ten (10) days of first knowledge of defect by owner or his
agent.
5.That A-1 Property Services Group shall be given first opportunity to
make any repairs, replacements or corrections to the defective roof
work at no cost to owner within a reasonable period of time.
6.Under no circumstances shall contractor be liable by virtue of this
warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property
whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential
damages of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to
use because of the roof work defect.
7.Warranty does not cover NATURAL DISASTERS to include; floods,
earthquakes, hurricanes or other geologic processes.
